My fields of interest are
- Working with families in different settings (addiction, trauma, codependency, grief counseling, divorce, guardianship, custody and access)
- Individual psychotherapy assisting with depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, overeating and sugar addiction, stress management and related problems and addiction
- Couples Therapy; Interpersonal and relationship problems, sexual problems
- Group Therapy; support groups for people in recovery from addiction, codependency and HIV and Aids I conduct my sessions in English or Afrikaans.

I Have Experience With…
I have gained extensive experience at several organizations, clinics and in private practice (SAPS, HSRC, Addiction facilities). Persons who struggle with addiction are a keen interest of mine. Assisting spouses, children and other family members with codependency is very important to me as a psychotherapist.
I understand the difficulties and challenges of everyday life and the impact it has on individuals, relationships and day to day functioning.

I work flexible hours during the week in order to accommodate people who have difficulties attending sessions during office hours. My fees are aligned with medical aid rates. I submit claims to all medical aid service providers should your medical aid plan provide for psychological services.
